Generations of Australians have enjoyed their stringybark honey. It’s not as light or sweet as yellow box so comes with quite a bit of character.
Our Stringybark Honey is rich and malty, with good depth and tones of caramel too. it’s a slightly stronger, more sophisticated honey.
We harvest it in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, and sometimes along our coastal areas too depending on the season.
*Please note: Due to quarantine laws, our honey and beeswax is not able to be sent from NSW to WA or Kangaroo Island. Please do not order for delivery to these regions.
